P.K. Yonge managed to slip by Vanguard the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The P.K. Yonge Blue Wave came up short against the Vanguard Knights on Wednesday, falling 10-3. The Blue Wave's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

P.K. Yonge's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Vanguard, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3.

Looking ahead, P.K. Yonge is taking a road trip to challenge Coral Shores at 6:00 p.m. on March 20th. As for Vanguard, they will host Belleview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Vanguard is on a seven-game streak of home wins, Belleview a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the field.
