Softball Recap: Mound-Westonka Finds Home Field Redemption Against St. Anthony Village

There's no place like home for Mound-Westonka, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 5-2 win over the St. Anthony Village Huskies on Monday. The White Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Huskies, too.

Mound-Westonka's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for St. Anthony Village, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Mound-Westonka didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 13-3 loss against Delano on the 15th. As for St. Anthony Village, they have also already played their next match, a 10-0 defeat against Kennedy on the 15th.
