Volleyball Game Preview: Helix Highlanders vs. Foothills Christian Knights

The Helix Highlanders will challenge the Foothills Christian Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Foothills Christian took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Helix, who comes in off a win.

Helix took a loss when they played away from home last Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Grossmont with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Highlanders haven't had any issues with the Foothillers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Foothills Christian came up short against Bishop's on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Helix's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Foothills Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season.
