Volleyball Game Preview: West Panthers vs. Hunter Wolverines

The West Panthers will venture away from home to challenge the Hunter Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. West will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.

It was a proper cat-fight when West faced off against Kearns on Tuesday. The Panthers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cougars.

While West might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Kearns scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 20-25, 25-22.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hunter, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Taylorsville on Tuesday.

West's record now sits at 18-4. As for Hunter, their record is now 14-10.

West took their victory against Hunter in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
