Volleyball Recap: Harding Comes Up Short

Harding lost to Hand back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Presidents lost 3-0 to the Tigers.

Harding may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Hand got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Cody Kleinbach out in front who had five digs, three aces, and one block. Those three aces gave Kleinbach a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Stites, who had ten kills, five digs, two aces, and one block.

Harding's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Hand, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Harding didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Bridgeport Central on the 8th. As for Hand, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Amity Regional on the 11th.
