Hagerman hadn't beaten Lighthouse Christian on the road since October 15, 2015 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. The Pirates walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lions. The victory continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won three in a row.

Hagerman found their leader in sophomore Addi Chizum, who had nine digs and two assists.

Hagerman's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Lighthouse Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-4.

Hagerman has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Council on the 13th. As for Lighthouse Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge Oakley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
