Vista Murrieta won the last time they faced Murrieta Valley and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Broncos were the clear victors by a 16-7 margin over the Nighthawks. The Broncos might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by eight runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Vista Murrieta and bumps their season record up to 13-11. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Murrieta Valley, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vista Murrieta will host Murrieta Mesa at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Broncos surely won't give up without a fight. As for Murrieta Valley, they will be playing at home against Chaparral at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Pumas have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.35 runs per game on average), something the Nighthawks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
