Baseball Recap: St. Mary's Academy Starts off Right with Win over Smoky Valley Home Educators

St. Mary's Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past Smoky Valley Home Educators 11-2. The Crusaders haven't had any issues with Smoky Valley Home Educators recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Mary's Academy will venture away from home to challenge Wichita Defenders HomeSchool at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Smoky Valley Home Educators, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Sunrise Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Smoky Valley Home Educators is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak dating back to last season.
