Volleyball Recap: Gladbrook-Reinbeck Triumphs

The Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels beat the Newton Cardinals 2-0 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rebels.

Gladbrook-Reinbeck now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Newton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Gladbrook-Reinbeck and Newton will both be playing Nevada the next time they take the court. The Rebels will head out to face the Cubs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Cardinals will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
