Sherrard waltzed into their matchup on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They had just enough and edged the Monmouth-Roseville Titans out 51-48. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-37 back in January.

Sherrard's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points over those games. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 11-16 record this season.

Coming up, Sherrard will take on Mercer County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they and Illini West will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. Illini West will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Monmouth-Roseville surely won't give up without a fight.
