After losing to Steubenville the last time they met, Indian Creek decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Redskins walked away with a 4-1 win over the Big Red on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Redskins.

Sal Barcalow spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on six hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Ty Householder and Hunter Rusnak did most of the damage at the plate: Householder got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple, while Rusnak went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Indian Creek's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Steubenville, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-9.

Coming up, Indian Creek will square off against St. Clairsville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Steubenville, they will take on East Liverpool at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
