Kentwood extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Brandon Tagle. The Conquerors secured a 14-10 W over the Mt. Rainier Rams on Friday thanks in part to Tagle, who threw for 216 yards and a pair of touchdowns. His passing game has become a key predictor of Kentwood's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise.

Kentwood didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Lee'Andrew Rubin and Lupe Muipu. Another thorn in Mt. Rainier's side was Chance Savini, who made 13 total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Kentwood's record is now 4-2. As for Mt. Rainier, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-2.
