Football Recap: Ethan Tyler and Kyle Steinbach Pace Paradise Defense + How To Watch

Paradise lost against Gridley back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bobcats fell 7-3 to the Bulldogs. Having soared to a lofty 33 points in the game before, the Bobcats couldn't push the score so high this time.

Even if they lost, Paradise's defense still kept up the pressure with four sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Ethan Tyler and Kyle Steinbach, who racked up all four sacks between them. Tyler is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least six every time he's taken the field this season.

Paradise's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Gridley, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Paradise is taking a road trip to take on Durham at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Bobcats their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Gridley, they will welcome Willows at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will be up against the Honkers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 43.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
