Recap: Hermitage Hornets vs. St. Elizabeth Hornets
The Hermitage Hornets lost against the St. Elizabeth Hornets back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Hermitage had to suffer through a rough 57-29 loss at the hands of St. Elizabeth. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Hermitage has scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Elizabeth to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gavin Williams, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds. Williams has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last three times he's played. NIck Heckemeyer was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Hermitage's defeat dropped their record down to 15-11. As for St. Elizabeth, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-12.
Hermitage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. Elizabeth also has no future games currently scheduled.
