Greenbrier East extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Herbert Hoover. They put the hurt on the Huskies with a sharp 4-1 win. Considering Greenbrier East have won 14 matchups by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ava Workman and Kiana Mcclung scored all four of Greenbrier East's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 32 goals.

Greenbrier East's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-2-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those ten matches. As for Herbert Hoover, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 15-4-3 record.

Looking ahead, Greenbrier East will take on Nitro in a tournament on Thursday. Herbert Hoover does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
