Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodburn Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Democrats of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Jefferson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Oregon City on the 6th. As for Woodburn, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against the Lions on the 6th.
