The Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors struggled with three-point shooting accuracy on Friday (the Lawrence Central Bears were 46% better) and sadly the final score reflected it. Hammond Bishop Noll was dealt a 61-8 loss at the hands of Lawrence Central. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Hammond Bishop Noll has scored all season.

Adrian Mcgee was Hammond Bishop Noll's leading scorer, having posted five points. Jaiden Hall held things down on the boards with seven rebounds. She took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with an assist.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lawrence Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than Laila Abdurraqib, who scored 18 points. The match was Abdurraqib's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aniyah Mckenzie, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hammond Bishop Noll will take on Andrean at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Andrean focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Saturday. As for Lawrence Central, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Carmel at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Carmel will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Indiana Rankings (they are ranked 50th, while Lawrence Central is ranked first).
