Basketball Recap: Jordan-Elbridge Comes Up Short

It was a good run, but Jordan-Elbridge unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against the Institute of Tech Eagles, falling 63-41. While losing is never fun, Jordan-Elbridge can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 304th, while Institute of Tech is ranked 83rd).

Jordan-Elbridge's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4. As for Institute of Tech, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Jordan-Elbridge will face off against Homer at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Institute of Tech, they will challenge Jamesville-DeWitt at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
