West Morgan proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by four) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past the Madison County Tigers 2-1. The Rebels haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Landon Henderson and Mason Sinclair scored both of West Morgan's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 26 goals.

West Morgan now has a winning record of 7-6-1. As for Madison County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

West Morgan will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Danville at 7:00 p.m. on April 3rd. As for Madison County, they will challenge St. John Paul II at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
