Basketball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

Trinity lost to Edmonson County back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Raiders took a 76-71 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

Trinity has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points over those games. As for Edmonson County, their record now sits at 8-4.

Coming up, Trinity will square off against Warren East at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Edmonson County, they will take on Metcalfe County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
