Volleyball Recap: Douglas Byrd Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Douglas Byrd was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the St. Pauls Bulldogs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Douglas Byrd took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 25-21.

Douglas Byrd's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for St. Pauls, their record is now 7-13.

As of now, neither Douglas Byrd nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
