Baseball Recap: Frazier Mountain Takes a Loss

Frazier Mountain managed to slip by Boron the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons lost 17-3 to the Bobcats on Tuesday. The defeat leaves the Falcons still looking for their first win of the season.

Frazier Mountain saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carsten Naujok, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Frazier Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Boron, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Looking ahead, Frazier Mountain will challenge Mammoth at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. The Huskies will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last. As for Boron, they will take on Bishop Union at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. The Broncos' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Bobcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
