Triton came out on top against Culver Community on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run fifth inning. The Trojans put the hurt on the Cavaliers with a sharp 14-3 victory. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Braxton Kaufman made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Kaufman was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Max Johnson, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last 11 matches. Isaiah Vaca was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
