Basketball Recap: North Bullitt Takes a Loss

North Bullitt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-58 heartbreaker at the hands of the Nelson County Cardinals. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 57-46 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

North Bullitt's defeat dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Nelson County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season.

Looking ahead, North Bullitt will be playing in front of their home fans against Whitefield Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Nelson County, they will head out to challenge Hart County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
