Volleyball Recap: Rosemount Irish vs. Chippewa Falls Cardinals
Rosemount's tournament run continued when they took on Chippewa Falls on Friday. The Irish fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1.
Sophie Williams paced Rosemount's offense, picking up 12 kills. Williams got some help from Payten Diekmann and her 26 assists.
Leading Chippewa Falls to victory were Brynn Von Haden and Ilah Sinz. Von Haden had 12 digs and four assists, while Sinz had 11 digs and one assist. That's the most digs Von Haden has posted since back in September. Willa Risinger also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
