Crawford County won the last time they faced Central and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles breezed past the Hawks to the tune of 44-6. That 38 point margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

Crawford County found their leader in sophomore Lawson Cooley, who threw for 173 yards and four touchdowns. Those four passing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Cooley.

Crawford County didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Camron Harvey and Braylon Hudson.

Crawford County's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-3. As for Central, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
