Volleyball Recap: Sylmar Find Success

After losing to Eagle Rock the last time they met, Sylmar decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Spartans walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles on Saturday.

While Sylmar won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21.

Sylmar's victory bumped their record up to 21-12-2. As for Eagle Rock, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 25-15-1.

Sylmar does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Eagle Rock, they will take on Taft at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
