Basketball Game Preview: Seymour Indians vs. Elmwood Trojans

The Seymour Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Elmwood Trojans at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Seymour is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Seymour came up short against Mendon Unity on Tuesday, falling 52-26.

Meanwhile, Elmwood came up short against Havana on Monday and fell 44-33.

Seymour's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Elmwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-3 record this season.

Seymour suffered a grim 58-32 defeat to Elmwood in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. Can Seymour avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
