Basketball Recap: Sylvania Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Sylvania had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 55-40 win over the Dade County Wolverines on Saturday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-49 back in November of 2024.

The victory got Sylvania back to even at 8-8. As for Dade County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.

Sylvania is taking a road trip to take on Fyffe at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dade County, they will square off against North Sand Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Dade County has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
