There's no place like home for Rock Canyon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles on Thursday. The win was all the more spectacular given Rock Canyon's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 81st, while Mountain Vista are ranked 17th).

Rock Canyon's victory bumped their record up to 2-3-2. As for Mountain Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-2.
