Volleyball Recap: Morton Finds Home Court Redemption Against Urbana

There's no place like home for Morton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Urbana Tigers on Friday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Morton took both sets by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-12.

Morton's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Urbana, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coincidentally, Morton and Urbana will both be playing Chicago Christian the next time they take the court. The Tigers will host the Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Potters will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
