Softball Recap: Evansville Harrison Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Evansville Harrison's offense. They came up short against the Vincennes Lincoln Alices on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 14-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Evansville Harrison and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Vincennes Lincoln, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-5.

Coming up, Evansville Harrison will challenge Evansville North at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Vincennes Lincoln, they will square off against Terre Haute North Vigo at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Alices' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Patriots have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season.
