Churchill lost against Marshfield back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lancers fell 2-0 to the Pirates. The Lancers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Churchill's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Marshfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Churchill will head out to challenge Ashland at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marshfield, they will host Junction City at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
