Volleyball Recap: Clarksville Comes Up Short

Clarksville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Charlestown Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-5.

Clarksville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-24. As for Charlestown, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-17.

Clarksville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against New Washington on the 11th. As for Charlestown, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against South Ripley on the 11th.
