Football Recap: Jamestown Comes Up Short

Jamestown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Kindred Vikings and fell 49-6. While losing is never fun, the Bluejays can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota football rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Vikings are ranked first).

Jamestown's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Kindred, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Jamestown and Kindred will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Bluejays will challenge rival Devils Lake on Friday. Meanwhile, Kindred is set to take on their familiar foe Red River on Friday.
