Brenton Cantrell posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024.
