Volleyball Recap: Abbott Find Success

Abbott proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Benbrook Bobcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since August 27, 2024.

Abbott's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Benbrook, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Abbott has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Hamilton on the 21st. As for Benbrook, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Venus on the 21st.
