Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Sebastopol walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Ingomar Falcons on Saturday as they made off with  a  13-4 win. Considering the Bobcats have won 15 matches by more than six  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Savannah Crout made a splash no matter where she played. She  struck out seven batters over  seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and two unearned) runs off   six  hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-5 with two  RBI and one  double.
 In other batting news, Sebastopol let  Kadence Robertson and  Emma Smith run wild. Robertson  went 3-for-5 with three  runs and one  double, while  Smith  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with two  RBI and one  run. Those  three  runs gave  Robertson a new career-high.  Jaylee Coleman was another key player,  going 3-for-5 with three  RBI and one  run.
 Sebastopol  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 20  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
The  victory (which was Sebastopol's seventh in a row) raised their record to 25-4. The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.9 runs over those games. As for Ingomar, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 11-7.
 Coming up, Sebastopol will head out on the road to  challenge  Eupora  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something the Bobcats surely won't give up without a fight. Ingomar does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
