For the first time in his career, Ryan Gilligan scored a receiving touchdown on Saturday. He picked up 11 receiving yards and one touchdown as Scotch Plains-Fanwood fell to Hillside 17-12. We think that's the best game he's posted since September 6th, 2024, when he made two total tackles.

Coming up, Gilligan and Scotch Plains-Fanwood will challenge Carteret at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gilligan had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in September of 2024 37-7.
