Softball Recap: Vista Ridge Rangers vs. Georgetown Eagles

Vista Ridge was the 8-6 winner over Georgetown when they last played one another back in March of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Vista Ridge Rangers fell 5-1 to the Georgetown Eagles on Saturday. The Rangers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Vista Ridge now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Georgetown, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8-1 record this season.

Stony Point is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season. As for Georgetown, they are taking a road trip to face off against Weiss at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. Georgetown is facing Weiss at the right time seeing as Weiss is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
