Basketball Recap: Rockdale Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Franklin, Rockdale was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They snuck past the Thrall Tigers with a 29-24 win. This was a revenge game for Rockdale: when they faced off against Thrall back in January, they had to take a 32-23 defeat.

Rockdale's victory bumped their record up to 13-16. As for Thrall, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-13 record this season.

Rockdale has already played their next contest (against Rogers), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Thrall will challenge Little River Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Little River Academy will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Thrall surely won't give up without a fight.
