Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vance Charter). Their defense stepped up to hand the Discovery Charter School Trailblazers a 9-0 shutout on Friday. Jacob Lazar was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

The victory made it two in a row for Vance Charter and bumps their season record up to 5-4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those two contests. As for Discovery Charter School, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
