Volleyball Recap: Luling Comes Up Short

Luling was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Travis Rebels.

Luling's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Travis, their victory ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Luling will challenge Waelder at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Travis, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Crockett at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
