Volleyball Recap: St. Anne-Pacelli's Undefeated Season over After Ten Games

The St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings didn't have quite enough to beat the Central Lions on Tuesday and fell 2-1. The matchup marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than Julianna Johnston, who had nine digs and two aces. That's the most aces Johnston has posted since back in October of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Anne-Pacelli fell to 9-1. As for Central, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

St. Anne-Pacelli didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Columbus on the 12th. As for Central, they will challenge Northgate at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Vikings have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
