Volleyball Recap: Carrollton Hawks vs. Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats
Carrollton had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Hawks sure are getting used to it with their 16th in a row.
Carrollton never let Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-13.
Carrollton can attribute much of their success to Mabry Robeen, who had seven digs and five aces. That's the most aces Robeen has posted since back in September.
