Volleyball Recap: Carencro Comes Up Short

Carencro lost against Acadiana back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bears fell 2-0 to the Rams. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Carencro ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21.

Carencro's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Acadiana, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.

Carencro wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Cecilia on the 20th. As for Acadiana, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Port Barre on the 20th.
