Basketball Recap: Cardozo Comes Up Short

Cardozo lost to Queens Teaching back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Judges took a 55-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Judges have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Cardozo lost, don't look at Travaughn Little. Despite the final result, he posted 15 points. Jeremy Gonzalez was another key player, putting up eight points and five boards.

Cardozo's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Queens Teaching, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-11.

Cardozo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 67-64 win against Boys & Girls on the 7th. As for Queens Teaching, they will face off against Academy of American Studies at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
