Mountain View is 10-0 against Ridgeview since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Mountain View Cougars will look to defend their home court against the Ridgeview Ravens at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Monday, Mountain View lost to Caldera on the road by a 61-43 margin. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 106th, while Caldera are ranked 16th).

Meanwhile, Ridgeview came up short against Redmond on Monday and fell 56-49. The Ravens have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mountain View's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-8. As for Ridgeview, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.

Mountain View came out on top in a nail-biter against Ridgeview in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, sneaking past 75-72. Does Mountain View have another victory up their sleeve, or will Ridgeview turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
