Nicholas Blakeney gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
