Basketball Recap: MacArthur Takes a Loss

MacArthur was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 70-59 to the Carl Albert Titans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Highlanders of the 72-49 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2021.

MacArthur now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Carl Albert, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

MacArthur wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 64-41 victory against Guymon on the 17th. Carl Albert has also already played their next contest, an 82-33 win against Elgin on the 17th.
